FRYEBURG — On Friday night, the Laconia Sachems came to Fryeburg Academy for a cross-state football game. The Sachems left with a 21-13 loss in a game that was not really that close. You might have seen the game as “The big slow” vs. “The big blow.”

Laconia, being the big slow, as the Sachems used their superior size and strength to push the ball downfield. It worked for their first quarter score as they used the entire quarter to quarterback sneak the ball downfield and into the end zone and a 7-0 lead.
