As a professional musician with more than a thousand public performances under my belt, my heart goes out to the Majestic crew - and the disappointed fans. My only suggestion to those doing the the booking/hiring is this: An addendum to your contract might list a few things that some performers take for granted - that you can't /don't provide... Things like dimmable lights, for example. Hopefully, you won't ever have to deal with a performer like Ms Koerner. Odds are, though, you will. Cheers, and break a leg.
