TAMWORTH — The remains found by a hunter in Ossipee in December of 2020 were recently confirmed to be those of a man who went missing from a Tamworth Assisted Living facility in 2018, the Tamworth Police confirmed  in a press release Wednesday. 

On Sept. 10, 2018, at around 4 p.m., Dwain “Dewey” Poulin, 84, was reported missing from his assisted living residence at Tamworth Community Living Inc., located at 22 Mays Way. Poulin suffered from dementia/Alzheimer’s disease.
