CONWAY — The passion for the world of skiing that resonates throughout the Mount Washington Valley beats within the heart of the New England Ski Museum. The very motto that hangs at the entrance of the museum states: Preserving the Future of Skiing’s Past.

It is at the museum that the essence of skiing is captured and preserved by those like Andrea Masters, the museum’s executive director. “Skiing is embedded in the fabric of this town,” Masters said. “Skiing came to life here and has had a huge impact on the culture and the economy,” she added.
