TAMWORTH — Take a stroll around the Tamworth Farmers Market or downtown Wolfeboro, and you might encounter a local celebrity being walked on a leash while sporting little blue bird boots and a jaunty bandana around her neck.

Gabby the goose has been turning heads wherever she goes this summer, according to owners Mary and Adam Spencer of Center Ossipee.
