Four arrested on drug charges

CONWAY — Police announced the arrest of three men and one woman on drug charges Tuesday. Seized during the arrest were quantities of marijuana, heroin, prescription drugs and money.
Jesse J. Galvin, 30, of North Conway, Gabriel D. Delano, 35, of North Conway, Christopher J. Spinney, 28, of North Conway, and Michael W. Wrobel, 35, of Hampton, are all facing felony charges.
Galvin is charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and possession with intent to sell. Both complaints carry up to seven years in jail, and the possession with intent to sell complaint carries a possible $100,000 fine.
Delano is facing the same complaints, but she is facing up to 30 years in jail and $500,000 in fines for the possession with intent to sell complaint.
Spinney and Wrobel are both facing charges of possession and criminal liability for the conduct of another, which incurs a possible 30 years in jail and $500,000 fine.
Delano, Spinney and Wrobel were all scheduled to appear in court Tuesday afternoon. Galvin was released on bail.
