The Conway Daily Sun this past week ran a series of articles on some of the economic trends in the community and the region. The real estate market is showing positive signs, with housing sales up and and increased commercial interest. Ski areas are adapting to the changing climate and changing demand with enhanced snowmaking and other capital improvements. And in the world of health care, hospitals everywhere, including North Conway's Memorial Hospital, are on the verge of transformation that nobody can predict.
